How do I translate column (including duplicates) to a seperate column/row

I have one column with a lot of duplicates. For every value in column A, I want the cell from column B to be sent to column D. Every time there is a duplicate in A I want the Cell from B to go to that same row as the previous value (it's match) and continue on. I have attached a sheet of what I want it to end up like.

Thanks for any help you can give as I am banging my head against the wall trying to fill this request.

I have a macro that does this. There's a sample workbook where you can test this...Part 2.

Thanks JBeaucaire, unfortunately I found out that thanks to our overly cautious policy makers, macros aren't allowed here.

I have come up with something close to what I need. I just need a way make Column A copy to Column D without the duplicates. I am currently searching the forums for a way to do just that.

I have updated the above file with the changes I have made so far.

I am going to insert a list of all the possible values into column D as they are set and will not change. Thanks for your help. I don't know how to add the [SOLVED] prefix to this.
