Green Tabs on my sheet??

Hey guys,
My boss gave me an excel sheet to work with and it has green little highlights in all the fields that require numbers (the entire cell isnt highlighted only part of it, and the bigger the number, the bigger and stronger the highlight...)

i have no idea where those highlights came from, but my boss wants them gone.
Any ideas?

That is conditional formatting.. specifically data bars, in excel...

Go to Home|Conditional Formatting select Manage Rules and select and delete the Rules you don't want.

Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
