Formulas in Chart Titles & Axis Titles

Is there way to have Chart Titles and Axis Titles have formulas that calculate the resultant text?

You can reference a cell by clicking on the Chart Title for example and typing =cell reference e.g. =C2 in the formula bar. You can have a formula in C2 to reference or calculate text. I've attached a basic example.
