Excel 2007 : Issue with pulling in data.

Hopefully someone call help me with this.

I have sales reps names in A4:A18

My data is in a tab (Data!)

I want to count the number of times a name shows up in Data! with a certain text entry in Column G of Data!.

Their names are in Column E of Data!, and the entry I am looking for is in Column G of Data!.

I was messing around with COUNTIF but I could not figure it out, let me know if you need more details. Thanks to any who can help.
