Excel 2007 : Plotting id numbers on a grid

Hi,

I've been given a task, but I can't seem to figure out how to do this on Excel. I'm working with Excel 2007.

I've been given a list of names and each name has been given an idea number. The idea is to create a talent map, so each name has been given a score out of 4 for Potential, and a score out of 4 for performance. (I've attached the example I have been given)

The idea is to then plot the id numbers on a grid based on their scores, I've tried using a scatterplot but it doesn't really do what I after.

Any suggestions would be welcome as I've ran out of ideas...

I have found that this tool works perfectly for me:

It is free and is easy to use.

Once you have the scatter-plot set up as X and Y, run the add-in, select the labels and your good to go!
