Insert a blank Row after a cost centre

Is there any excel formula to insert a blank row after each cost centre completed?

    Pl.look the below data:-

    Cost Centre
    AAA2110
    AAA2110
    AAA2110
    AAA2111
    AAA2111
    AAA2111
    AAA2120
    AAA2120
    AAA2120
    AAA2121
    AAA2122
    AAA2123
    AAA2124
    AAA2125
    AAA2126

    For an example:-

I want a blank row after completed AAA2110 but before AAA2111 and so on

No, formulas cannot insert blank rows, formulas can only provide calculated results.

If you want your original data changed to add blank rows, that would require programming, VBA.
