OK i have a sheet from a customer that needs to be put on a website. To do this I have to separate the columns, but it is tricky.
Column A has the company name, Column B has the company name and address.
I need to take the company name out of column B and then separate the address into street, city, state and zipcode columns.
So take this:
A & H SERVICES | A & H SERVICES HENRY ALVA 211 SANDPIPER AVE. ROYAL PALM BEACH, FL. 33411
A & T FENCE | A & T FENCE TED JOHNSON PO BOX 87 LAVONIA, GA 30553
A TOTAL SOLUTION INC. | A TOTAL SOLUTION INC. 3531 KEYSTONE RD TARPON SPRING, FL 34688
And Turn it into this:
A & H SERVICES | HENRY ALVA 211 SANDPIPER AVE. | ROYAL PALM BEACH | FL | 33411
A & T FENCE | TED JOHNSON PO BOX 87 | LAVONIA | GA | 30553
A TOTAL SOLUTION INC. | 3531 KEYSTONE RD | TARPON SPRING | FL | 34688
Now obviously this is going to be a multi-step process, can anyone help me get this going? The text to columns is easy with the comma after the city, then another text-to column to separate the state and zip, but taking the company name out of column B I can't seem to figure out, then taking the city off the back of the address.
