    conditional formatting

In the last column of a 10 column 2000 row chart I placed a function, e.g.
=((TODAY()-D23)/365)+((TODAY()-G23)/365) confirming an employees’ age plus tenure concerning the 75-year retirement rule.

Even though employees attain the 75-year status they may not retire if they are under 50 years of age. In Conditional Formatting I selected Formula Is and wrote =DATEDIF(D4,TODAY(),"y")>=50 to highlight the employees who reached the 75 years but ages are 50 or below.

It works only if I paste them individually, I cannot copy a cell and special paste it to the remaining rows, any suggestions?

    Re: conditional formatting

Are you using Paste Special - formats? This is working for me.

Alternatively, you can select the whole range, with D4 being the active cell and enter the conditional format with all these cells selected.
