I have an Excel model that gets updated on a monthly basis and reports are distributed to various people.

I want to be able to save copies of various excel sheets each month with just values and formats that can be emailed off to various people. On some sheets I want to send out 2 versions one with all the columns rows and one with confidential data 'removed'

Can anyone recommend an Excel Addin or have any ideas as to the best way of doing this?
