Excel 2008 : What happened to selection arrow

Hi

In Excel 2000 there was a thick white arrow in the drawing toolbar I used to select a region of objects and then group them. I cannot find this arrow in Excel 2007. Is there still such and arrow? If not, what has it been replaced with?

Possibly this?
In Excel 2007, click on the Home tab, look at the right end of the Ribbon for the Editing group, and click on Find & Select | Select Objects.
