how to select name from formula bar

I have a bunch of named cells in my spreadsheet and when I type in formulas into the formula bar, as I start to type one of the names into the formula, it shows up right below the formula bar. I can select it using the down arrow, but unlike on the internet where you can select it and then click enter and it fills in automatically, excel does not do that.

What I'd like to do is hit the down arrow to select it, hit enter (or a some other key) and have it appear in my formula, without having to point to it with my cursor and double-click it. Is this possible to do?

Try this,

When you entering you formula you can press Alt+I, N, P for show all name. Press arrow up or down to select name which you want and hit enter.

Scroll with the down arrow key, hit Tab.

You can press the first character of name for jump to the name what you want.
