Sorting / Filtering Problem

Hi

I am having trouble sorting this data out so I can view the Engineers names together in order in sequential date order.

As the names also have times in the same cell, I cannot sort via name without the dates out of sequence

In Office 2007 you can select multiple people with the filter, but I am running 2003.

Any suggestions to get what I want very appreciated

I have just figured that if I filter by custom and select contains, then type the name I want, then I can see what I need
