Random names to random tasks

Hi,

If have names in column A,Tasks in column B.I have 2 buttons (names & tasks).when i press names btn i would like a random name to appear in column D and for the name to dissappear from Col A.and for tasks btn a random task to appear in column E.

I want this to happen each time i press btns until there is nothing left.

Then in column F i will pick either completed/not completed from dropdown.If cell = completed then task is done and name and task will show yellow fill in columns d,e.

The objective of this is for any name to be given any task randomly.We have to be fair.

Wouldn't it be simpler to have single button that when pushed would give you a completed list....all the names appear randomly in column D and the tasks in column E? Each press of the button would give you a new "set"?

I like what you have done.
We used to do this manually drawing from 2 pots and we had great excitment.Each new draw made someone happy or unhappy because what task they got.
But making everything appear at once takes the fun out of it.Thats why i wanted 2 btns and 1 name 1 task per click.And the completed/not completed is my way of putting the pressure on them for results.

Oh!! It's FUN we want...hehe. Ok, then how about this...

I've installed a couple of sound effects, too, you can edit the macros to play any sound you have in your C:\Windows\Media\ folder...

The CREATE TASK list still creates the whole list all at once, it just colors everything white so you can't read it yet.

Each time you click "REVEAL" it will show a name...then a task....all sorts of fun.

Just to let you know i edited the tasks on your sheet and it got its first trial today.

We had some serious Fun.While some not so much they will be sore for a while.(They got the tough tasks).
