I'm hoping you could help me with calculating an absence within a week.
Example column A is the day of week, column B is date of week, column C productivity actual and column D is the variance - it is working great except when tech is sick or on vacation I do not know how to do that calculation.
I am attaching my example for better clarification. I don't have anything set up an need guidance for V=vacation day, A=absent, S=sick, and P=personal (how would I do)?
