    Conditional Formatting Based on Percent Difference

    I'm trying to figure out how highlight a cell if has a difference of 15% or greater from the other cells in the column.

    An example would be if cells A1 through A5 contained the numbers 89, 76, 92, 69, and 88.

    Any thoughts gurus?

    Here, try this:

    =$A1>=0.85*MAX($A$1:$A$5)
