    If G2 = "PAID", Delete F2 value

    Hi,

I'm hoping you can help please?
Hopefully this is something simple for you gurus but I don't know how to do it I'm afraid...

    I need a formula/code that says:

If the cell G2 contains the text "PAID" then delete the value (just the value) in cell F2
This should then be repeatable for every inserted row below it, which is a variable depending on how many rows the particular worksheet requires.

    Is this possible please?

Also for info (in case it matters), there is a dropdown on each cell in column G which starts off blank, and when PAID is selected from the drop-down, it applies conditional formatting to colour the row. (i.e if G2 = "PAID", colour the row green).

    Thanks!

    Hello Beercan,

right-click on the Sheet tab, select View Code and then paste the code below into the code window. Make sure that macros are enabled when the workbook is next opened.
