Multiple Columns into one Column for Labels

    Hi,

I am having a bit of dilemma trying to find a formula that will put multiple columns for one row which describes the address into one column for that row with the entire address for printing on labels.

Right now it is described like

    Name Address City State Zip

and I want a formula that will put it all in the first column as

    Name
    Address
    City State Zip

    in one row.

I have attached a sample workbook. If you could provide any advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Best regards,

    James

I tried it, it puts it all in the same row but as one string I need it to also do the ALT+ENTER effect as well so that it comes out in different rows within the same cell. Please advice.

    Best,

    James

    Hi,

It works in the file that you sent me but not when I try to transfer it over to my workbook. Can you take a look? Is it because it is not xlsx file? I dont notice what you did differently in the new code that added the ALT-Enter spaces.

If you could if anything just copy paste your code that works and send back the sample workbook because it works when I look at yours. But when I transfer it it still comes out as a string.

    Thanks so much,

    James
