Countif or Scenario?

I am analyzing a survey and want to segment data:

For those that had a certain opinion about (fake names) Microsoft (yes, no, maybe), what was their opinion about Apple, Dell, HP (yes, no, maybe)?

My data is organized so that individual responses are in rows containing text (yes, no, maybe) and companies are in columns.

I'd like to see this output in a table that is dynamic. Any ideas?

Right now, I dynamically count Yes/No/Maybe for each company. Company names are in A13:A22 and Yes, No, Maybe are B12:BD12. In each cell is this formula: =COUNTIF(INDIRECT($A13),B$12). That amounts to: =COUNTIF(CompanyName,Opinion). I wanted to use "AND" in the condition/Opinion argument to find folks who thought X about Microsoft and see what they thought about Apple, etc. That doesn't work.
