    Same Header/Set-out on every sheet?

I have a workbook that I need the cells at the top (pictured grey) to be the same on every page. Pretty confused about how to do it.
I was going to have a page break, but where I put the page break seems to have to be one shorter than what I want intended. And the data does not then flow directly after the header/ grey boxes, it flows onto a new sheet where there is nothing .
I also want my margins to be the same on every worksheet with the header the same also displaying the page worksheet title and number of pages etc.
When I create a new sheet it's long-winded to be adjusting all the widths to fit the page again. There must be a better solution.
    Any help is appreciated .

    Thanks Martin ,
That has sorted the header layout problem for me, any ideas on how to sort out the margins/ cell layout on every worksheet in the workbook.

select all sheets at once then do yoursizing/formatting they will all be the same
alternatively creat a sheet just as you want it then when you want a new work sheet just right click its tab an select move or copy check the copy box click ok then rename the new sheet
