Hi All,
I'm looking for help with organizing some data. I have a list of names in column A....I need to parse that field so that I can separate the salutation (i.e. Mr. and Mrs.) , the first name(i.e. John), last name, into separate fields?I tried text to columns but that seperates the fields that have a Dr. and Mrs. or Mr. and Mrs.
I hope this makes sense- any help is appreciated!!
Dr. and Mrs. Bob Smith
Ms. Laura B. Allen
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Doe
Assuming data starts in A2, then in B2:
