Make rows appear at the top of each page when printed

How can I make certain cells appear at the top of each page when excel an document is printed?

Please see attachment. I need the cells highlighted in green to appear at the top of each new page that is printed, with the other cells directly underneath.

The number of cells underneath fluctates over time as new tasks are manually added and deleted.
