can formulas in all existing cells be changed to fixed $ cells

Hi:

I have a fairly substantial spreadsheet with numerous formulas and references to cells. Most of the cells are not tagged with the $ sign. Is there a way to automatically tag each referenced cell, both the row and number with $ signs. I can't imagine having to do each one separately.
