How to reinstall Solver add-in

I installed the Solver add-in for Excel 2007 and it worked fine for a while. But now I get this error when I try to use it: "Solver dll is unavailable - you will be able to define and edit solver models, but not actually solve them. To fix this, use Excel setup to reinstall Solver."
How do I access Excel setup? I tried to reinstall through Excel options but that doesn't do anything.

I am not sure what you are doing, are you trying to use an xl'07 addin for xl'03?
