Making graph from data (names)

I would like to have a formula that takes all the information (people's names) in column H and make a chart of some kind that lists who is in the column and how often their name shows up.

Any help would be great.

Create a pivot table -
Select your data
Click data -> pivot table
Click finish
From the window that pops up, drag the header of your column to the space called 'drop row fields here'
Then drag the same to the space called 'drop data fields here'

Job done
