Complex Chart/Graph

I'm having difficulty getting my head around this one. I'll give you the criterea and I hope someone has some suggestions about how to graph it.

The data/results are from a survey. 5 questions with possible yes or no answer. 3 groups - all, male and female.

I would like a graph that compares Yes to No answers for All, Male and Female for all 5 questions. I'm confused as to setting the data source(s).

Anyone have any ideas?
