Excel 2007 : Emailing Individual Sheets of Workbook

I have created a workbook with over 40 different worksheets. Each worksheet contains individualized info for each of our member corporations that needs to be updated. Is there a way to email one particular worksheet from the workbook or am I doomed to cut & paste into 40 individual worksheets? Thank you.
