    Insert leading zero inside a number

    Hello

    I need help inserting zeros into a number.

    Example:

    19991 = 1st day of 1999
    Needs to be 1999001

    199922 = 22nd day of 1999

    1999365 = 365th day of 1999 <- this is ok.

    Any date that has 7 digits is ok, its the dates with 5 & 6 digits that need extra zeros

    I need a formula that I can use in a column and ignore the correct dates

    Thanks.
