Convert Matrix to Single Column [ROW by Row]

Hi I saw almost the perfect answer for my issue but it works by column rather than row by row.
Have an n x m matrix and want to create a sinle column 1 x nm. But I need to list it all row by row rather than column by column.

The below does it column by column and I need to convert it...Any clues?

in terms of conversion - you need only reverse the row/column logic in terms of resize, index & offset... and throw in a Transpose
