Matching up correlated data between two files

I'm dealing with one company and two files. One file contains the marketing data while the second file contains the prices and weights. Normally this is not an issue except in this case the prices and weights file has 300 - plus more lines than the marketing data file.

I need to find and remove any non-matching lines but cannot for the life of me figure out the formula.

Re: Matching up correlated data between two files

    =ISNUMBER(MATCH(A1,'Sheet2'!A:A,0))

returns TRUE if match found and FALSE if not found.

    Edit references to suit.

Then filter for FALSE with Data|Filter|Autofilter and delete the FALSE rows.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
