Loss of functionality with change to 2007

This question involves downloading historical stock prices from Yahoo Finance. I recently change to Excel 2007. I used to use Excel 2003, I believe.

In Excel 2003, after downloading historical stock prices from Yahoo Finance for one ticker symbol into an Excel file, I was then able to simply change the ticker symbol within an "internet address type formula bar" in Excel to get historical stock price information for another ticker symbol (i.e. simply change SPY to VTI). There was no need to work with the internet browser again.

With Excel 2007, I seemed to have lost this ability. I'm sure there must be a way to display the "internet address type formula bar", I just can't figure it out. I am putting "internet address type formula bar" in quotes, because I am sure it is not called that.

Any help would be greatly appreaciated!

I don't have 2007, but I know it's called the 'web toolbar' so Google gave me this:
