Take cumulative column down to instantaneous values

So I have a column of data that was logged by this instrument cumulatively. For example the column goes: 3, 7, 8, 19. The problem is I need to graph that from moment to moment so I need that changed into: 3, 4, 1, 11. Any suggestions?

You would need to put this calculation into the next column (assuming your data starts in A2). Starting in B3
    =IF(ISNUMBER(A3), A3-A2,"")
    Dragged down.
    Does that work for you?
