    how can i make my cells formula hidden, but cells can be editable by others.

    I use office 2003. i want my cells formulas should remain hidden. but anyone can work on that sheet

    select all cells
    then format cells in check everthing
    select cells with formulas in /format cells --hidden
    protect workbook

    but my protect sheet option is showing something else. when i am checking this one, i cant click any of the columns.

    Leave the Locked Checkbox as UnChecked and Give Tick in Hidden Checkbox alone and protect the sheet which will give access to you to edit the cell but wont display the formula.

    Caution: There is a chance that you will type some thing in the formula cell since formula's wont be shown and which replace the formula to your newly added value.

    Leave the Locked Checkbox as UnChecked and Give Tick in Hidden Checkbox alone and protect the sheet

    Select the Summary Tab>>Press Ctrl+A twice (To select all cells of that sheet)>>Do right click>>Select Format Cells>>Under Protection Tab>>Click on both Locked and Hidden Check boxes and Uncheck it>>Click OK.

    Select Range R4:S18 (Yellow highlighted cells)>>Do right click>>Select Format Cells>>Under Protection Tab>>Click Hidden Check box ALONE>>Click OK.

    Apply Sheet Protection (Alt+T+P+P)>>Under Allow All User of this worksheet to>>Give Tick Mark in Select Locked Cells & Select unlocked cells>>Give Ok...

    Now Check............
