Page Field and Refresh based on Cell change

I have 2 questions related to pivot tables.

I would like the page field to show based on what is entered in cell B3.

The page fields are months of the year, so if someone enters "9/1/2010" in cell B3, I want the page field to select the month of September.

ETA: There are 2 page fields, this one is called "Anniversary Month"

Also, I need a macro that will automatically refresh the pivot table when cell B3 is changed.

eta: OK I found this code online, but it refreshes every time a new cell is clicked, and I'd rather it refresh the table when cell B3 is changed. Thanks!!
