Uknown bar on left side of sheet

I recently copied a couple of pages (I wanted to make a '2-up' page for printing). When I did this, I ended up with a strange bar on the left hand side of the sheet. Here is a picture of it. NOTE I have column and row headings turned off on this sheet. IF the headings are turned on, then the row headings will be placed on the right of this 'strange' bar.

The bar has dots, and a + sign at the bottom of it. If I click the + sign (with protection turned off), the page will collapse.

What is this bar? How the heck do I turn it off? It only is on 2 pages that I made by making a copy of other pages

    Thanks, Jim.

ps, I am not sure how to put images inline. The attachment shows the 'bar' on the left of these pages.

    Great! Thanks.

Ok, why on these 2 copies was that grouping set? It is the first time I have seen that. I have copied pages that were not as complex as these 2 were, and have not seen this before. The grouping did not cause problems, but I am trying to also get this workbook to work on some pocket systems with VERY limited screen realestate, thus, when you have 150-200 pixels, that bar eats up A LOT.

    Again thanks!! Jim.
