Average formula not working when I know it should

Attached is a document that contains a column of numbers that I would like to average. It also contains zeros that I would like to omit. the formula is done, but for some reason It is giving me a #VALUE error.

Is it an array formula? I.e. you might need to confirm it with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER keys to get the { } brackets around it.

If not, then try again attaching the file.

:D yeah that did it. I may as well still attach this, because I am also having trouble figuring out the best way to graph this, (due to the zeros).

I need to compare data In columns L and M in correlation to the date (column A)
