Conditional formatting

I want to give a color green to cell B1 when the word "Purchase" appears in cell A1 and a color yellow to B1 when in A1 appears the word "Sales". Is this possible todo? I only know Conditional formatiing when the condition is related to the same cell.

Use a formula of

=A1="Purchase"

and so on.
