Need predefined result depending on input

Suppose you have a cell called John, and beside it you have cells with three numerical values, below that you have Jack also three numerical values (each in his cell), underneath Ann, and so on ....

I need to define worksheet something like this:
If I enter one name from above (let's say John) in one cell, I need Johns digit values by his cell. When I enter one name, beside that name excel has to pull out three numbers (predifend with that name).
If I put some other name, it has to pull out his 3 numbers...
