apps pro xy char labeler problem

So I downloaded the apps pro xy chart labeler add in. Worked great initially, but now I get an error message saying "Object or class does not support the set of events (Addlabelsmain)."

Any ideas?

You have not supplied a great deal of information in order for anybody to help you.

Try uninstalling, downloading and then reinstalling the addin.

If you still have the problem you need to detail exactly what you are doing when the problem happens.
