Is there a way to imitate cell.clearcontents on the mac?
I can't simply use ''" , 0 , NA(), I need the cell to be truly empty. Since mac doesn't support VBA I can't seem to get access to this function

You'll have to use Applescript or delete by hand, I think.

any idea how i'd do it using applescript?
None at all, I'm afraid. If I need code on my Mac, I use 2004 instead of 2008! I do know that there is a transition guide here and I think there might be a translation tool somewhere - I'll see if I can locate it (I may have imagined it though).
