Sending an E-Mail from Excel

I have no problem sending the E-Mail, but I need to send over 40 different messages (sometimes to different people).

Is there a way, without add-ins to automate sending an E-Mail though Excel VBA with no security alert messages? One of them forces the user to wait 5 seconds before they can actually send the letter, PLUS, they have to click 'OK' (sendkeys doesn't work).

Not sure if there's a way to do this without using add-ins, but if there is - any help is appretiated.
