Excel 2007 : Repeat entry in a form

Hi,

Can somone please help? I have a form and I want to have the option to repeat by as many times as I like. This is my code:

I would like to add a text box that will enter the date as many time as I say ie. if I put 10 in the box it will put that entry in 10 times.
Please help.
