Rearrange the data table Grouped by PRODUCT

I need this help in rearranging the rows in this excel sheet GROUPED by the PRODUCT Column(Without using Access) ..And this file is huge with 30,000 or more lines...

So would really appreciate if u help me in doing this in easy and flexible way (a formula ). I have attached the EXPECTED output in the excel sheet.

I am trying to generate this new table as INPUT To other operations

Kindly note that I do not want to pivot it as the NEW REARRANGED TABLE will be the input to another so ..if you can suggest me a formula, that will be awesome
