Excel 2007 : Developer tab in Excel 2007

Dear Gurus,

I need to bring out the "developer tab" in Excel 2007 so as to design "user forms".
However for some strange reasons, I do seem to be able to have this tab showing anywhere.
Would it be because it is not a primary feature? Is it an add-on I need to get somewhere?
Could anyone help me please in bringing this tab up?

Chris - Click the Office button on the top left of the screen and then click the Excel Options button. On the Popular Tab there will be a check box for Showing the Developer Tab in the Ribbon.

How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
