Hello, im doing RFI logs for architecture, and i cant seem to write a formula that can cover all of my requirements.

there are 2 days, day rec'vd (column C) and also sent (column H)
i need to be able to have it to where if column C is 14 days old, then the column will turn red
if it is not 14 days old, it is yellow
(this is if column H is empty)
however, if column H has a date, then it remains clear.
