I dont even know how to describe what i need. Attached file contains 2 examples witch should be pretty clear.
Hope it is possible within a pivot table using calculated item and a appropriate formula.

The desired result on row 4 can be obtained entering =SUM($B$2:B$2) in B4 and extending along the row.

As for the second requirement I don't understand what you need
