    Tally with multiple condition

Hi, good morning thank you in advance, I am stumped and need help please.

I have a spreadsheet that will have multiple columns, one column will have a status update, "completed" "Not Remedied" "Need Review". Will have diff issues like "Prob A" "Prob B" "Prob C."

I want to make a sum of the number of each problem, with each status, so how many "Prob A" with "Completed" with "Not Remedied" etc... "Prob B" with "Completed" with "Not Remedied" etc..

I will attach a spreadsheet below, any help would be much appreciated, thanks
