How to stop a cell returning a negative value

Hi,

I need to find a formula that can stop a value being returned as a negative once certain peramiters are exceeded.

I have attached a sample sheet that shows the problewm in YELLOW.

I need this value to be returned as zero days, and zero money value if the cut off date is moved before the start date if that makes sense....
