Basically I have 2 tables in one worksheet with one below the other. They're rather large so scrolling to the second one can be annoying.
is there anyway to create a button that will scroll to a designated cell so that the user doesn't have to? and vice verse create another one so that they don't have to scroll all the way up?

From the Developer Tab, Insert>Forms Control>Button and draw the button where you want. When the macro window opens, click on "New"
Type inReplacing 100 with whatever row you want to go to.

Do the same with a button near your second table.
Does that work for you? Alternately, you could use simple hyperlinks.

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
