    Isues:formatting numbers

I'm currently using +#;-# to format my numbers,

    so +2 , -5, etc.

However I'm running into the issue of when the cell is 0, it just gets formatted to +

(ie. no actual number, just the plus sign), is it possible to remove the plus sign in the case of 0?
