Excel 2007 : VLookup and count multiple prefixed data

Hi, I am looking for help with a spreadsheet. I have been asked to provide the following:

Total raised (each site is defined by user ID, 1 is b5****, another b6*****, two are single digits and the final one is 3 letters and 2 numbers)
Total raised by Site
Total raised by type (tier 1 could of resolved \ cst to cst \ incorrect troubleshooting)
Total raised by type per site (tier 1 could of resolved \ cst to cst \ incorrect troubleshooting)

Individual tabs per site for raw data

Offender counter

graphing of the above

download dump and spreadsheet does the rest (no manipulation required)

The raw data looks a bit like this:

Your application is well suited for a pivot table. Arrange the data in a worksheet with column headers then come back to me

Hi, I had thought of that but I still seem to be having issues as the data has different headings to that which I want to calculate
